Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about buying parts on WALBIA, payment, delivery, claims, selling used parts, garages and your account.

Buying

Who sells me the parts?

New parts are sold by WALBIA. Used, refurbished or surplus parts are sold by registered professional garages and breakers; the seller is shown on the listing and on your order. More in the terms of sale.

How do I know a part fits my car?

Each part lists the cars it fits. Browse by your car in Parts or search by part number. If in doubt, check before buying against the old part’s number, the VIN or with your garage.

What do “in stock” and “on order” mean?

“In stock” is dispatched as soon as it is prepared. “On order” is ordered from the supplier and takes the number of days shown; that lead time is saved on your order.

Can I buy on the website?

For now, purchases are made in the WALBIA app. On the website you can sign in, see your orders and pay for them.

Do prices include tax?

Yes. They are shown including IGI (Andorra’s general indirect tax). Your order shows the base price, the IGI and the total.

Payment

How do I pay?

By card, on the payment provider’s secure page. WALBIA never sees your card details. Garages with trade credit can buy on account.

How long do I have to pay?

We hold the parts for 30 minutes. If payment is not completed in that time, the purchase is cancelled and the parts go back on sale.

I have paid but the order is still pending

A purchase counts as paid when the bank confirms it, usually within seconds. If it takes longer, check your order again in a few minutes: you will also get an email. If you were charged and the purchase is cancelled, the money is refunded automatically.

Do I pay a commission?

No. You pay the listed price (plus delivery, if it has a cost). WALBIA’s commission is paid by the seller.

Delivery and collection

Where is my order?

In My orders you see the status of each shipment and, once dispatched, the carrier and tracking number. We also email you.

Why does my purchase have several shipments?

If you buy from several sellers, or part of the order is shipped directly by the supplier, each part travels separately, with its own tracking.

Can I collect from the seller?

If the seller offers it, choose “Collection from seller”. We tell you when it is ready; bring the order code.

Which countries do you ship to?

Those offered when you choose the address. If the parcel ships from Andorra, taxes or customs formalities may apply at destination.

Claims and refunds

What are the 48 hours?

When you receive your order you have 48 hours to check it. If all is well, tap “All good, I have received it”. If not, tap “I have a problem”. The seller is not paid until that window has passed or your claim is resolved.

The part arrived broken or is not what I ordered

Open the order, tap “I have a problem” and tell us what happened, with photos if you can. WALBIA looks into it with the seller and replies to you.

What if a fault appears after the 48 hours?

The 48 hours do not cut short your warranty. Write to us from Support with the order code and we will handle it under the part’s warranty.

When will I get my money back?

As soon as a refund is decided, we send it to the card you paid with. Depending on your bank, it may take a few days to show. Your order shows each refund and its status.

Can I return a part I no longer want?

If you are a consumer, yes: within the cancellation period, with the part unfitted and in its packaging. We explain it in the terms of sale.

Selling used parts

Who can sell on WALBIA?

Registered garages, breakers and other professionals. Private individuals cannot sell parts on the marketplace.

How do I list a part?

From the workshop app or the Puente: take photos of the part and its label and the AI helps you prepare the listing. Check it before publishing: you are responsible for what you post.

When do I get paid?

When the order is completed (48 hours after delivery with no claim, or sooner if the buyer confirms), minus WALBIA’s commission, into the account you verified with the payment provider.

What can I not sell?

Stolen parts or parts of unknown origin, odometer-tampering devices, DPF, EGR or AdBlue delete kits, used airbags and seatbelt pretensioners, and more. See the full list of what cannot be sold.

For garages

How much does the management software cost?

Workshop management is free. The AI spends credits, which you earn by buying parts on WALBIA. Some extras may depend on your plan. Details in the terms for garages.

What are AI credits?

They are what features such as reading the registration document, reading a delivery note from a photo or the technical assistant spend. The cost is shown next to each button. If the AI fails, they are returned automatically.

Can I buy on 15-day terms?

Yes, if your garage meets the trade-credit requirements. Management applies from the Puente; with direct debit it can switch on automatically.

How do I appear in the garage directory?

Fill in your public page in the Puente: opening hours, services, guide prices and photos. You will appear in Garages with your customers’ reviews.
