What WALBIA is

WALBIA is a platform for buying car parts and finding a garage:

• WALBIA sells new parts as a direct seller (Maverick Automotive SLU), from its suppliers’ stock.
• Registered professional garages and breakers sell used, refurbished or surplus parts. WALBIA collects payment on their behalf and keeps a commission.
• Garages list used cars (contact only: the deal is closed with the garage) and hire cars (the garage confirms the booking).
• Garages use WALBIA’s management software.

The rules for each service are in the terms of use, the terms of sale and the terms for garages and sellers.

Using the website

You can browse the website without an account. You need one to pay or follow your orders. By using the website you agree to do so in good faith: without trying to break its security, without copying the catalogue in bulk with automated tools and without publishing anything unlawful.

Third-party content

Listings for used parts, used cars and hire cars, garage pages and reviews are written by their authors. WALBIA reviews them when there is a reason to (for example, a report) and removes anything that breaks the rules, but does not check every detail in advance. If you see something wrong, tap “Report this listing” on its page or write to us from Support.

Prices, stock and lead times update automatically and may change. The price that applies is the one you see when you confirm the purchase.

Intellectual property

The WALBIA brand, the design of the website and apps, their texts and software belong to Maverick Automotive SLU or to whoever has given it permission. Car and parts brands shown belong to their owners and are used only to identify products and their compatibility.

Photos and texts in listings belong to whoever publishes them, who allows WALBIA to show and translate them on the platform.

Links to other websites

Some links take you to other websites (a garage’s map, WhatsApp or the payment provider’s page). WALBIA does not control those websites and is not responsible for their content.

Liability

We try to keep the website running and the information accurate, but there may be outages or mistakes. If you find one, let us know and we will fix it as soon as we can. Nothing here limits the rights the law gives you.

Governing law and courts

This website is governed by the law of the Principality of Andorra. Any dispute falls to the courts of Andorra, unless the law allows you, as a consumer, to go to the courts where you live.
