How to contact WALBIA, what to tell us so we can sort it out sooner, and shortcuts for your orders, your data, reporting a listing or deleting your account.

Before you write

Many answers are in the frequently asked questions. And some things are quicker to sort out where they belong:

  • A problem with an order (not arrived, broken, not what you ordered): go to My orders, open the order and tap “I have a problem” within 48 hours of delivery.
  • A listing that breaks the rules: tap “Report this listing” on its page. See also what cannot be sold.
  • A booking, a quote or a car hire: reply to the garage in the app or call them (their number is on their page in Garages).
  • Your personal data: use Your privacy rights.
  • Deleting your account: on Delete your account.

How to contact us

If you have an account, the quickest way is to open a case: you see the whole conversation, can attach screenshots and we let you know by email when we reply.

Or write to us at [correo de contacto: hola@walbia.com?]. We reply on working days, usually within 48 hours.

If you are a garage, you can also write in the parts-counter chat from the workshop app or the Puente and tap “Talk to a person”.

What to tell us

To help us help you sooner, include:

  • The email address of your account.
  • The order code (the one shown in My orders) or the link to the listing or garage.
  • What happened and what you expected, with photos if it is about a part.
  • For a website or app fault: your device, browser or app version, and a screenshot.

Never send us your password or card details: we will never ask for them.

If you are not satisfied

If you disagree with how we resolved something, tell us by replying to the same email and someone else will review it. You can also always use the remedies the law gives you; details are in the terms of sale.
